	A 40% deposit is required with reservations and the deposit will be refunded (less $50.00 handling fee) if cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. Balance is due upon arrival Pets on leashes are welcome - $20.00 5% G.S.T. and 5% P.S.T. are extra. A credit card imprint and a signed waiver is required at the time of arrival.
